🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days to Germany. After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

When is shipping free?

Shipping is free for orders over €24.99. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.99.

Do you also deliver abroad?

Yes, we deliver internationally! Our shop is ready to ship orders worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country. If you have any questions about your region, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return your order. This corresponds to the statutory EU right of withdrawal.

How do returns work?

Simply contact us by email with your order number. We will then explain the next steps and arrange the return.

When will I get my money back?

After receipt of the return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What if the product arrives damaged?

We are very sorry! Please immediately take photos of the damaged product and contact us by email. We will promptly send you a replacement or refund the full amount.
